Abstract


Team management is the important guarantee of effective team operation and achieving the team target. At present, CUBA women’s basketball team still has many problems to deal with, such as: training management system, material support and competition system, which are not propitious for further development of the CUBA. Performance management system is to evaluate the team or team players, promote the realization of team value and the team goals by award and punishment. Therefore, performance management plays an important role in the process of team construction and development.This paper takes the CUBA women’s basketball team as its object of study. Based on factor analysis of financial influencing factors, we got six main factors, namely talents factor, leading system factor, reformation training factors, the competition system factor, material support factor and athletic training. Further, based on identifying the factors and following the principle of establishing an evaluation system, this paper designed CUBA women’s team performance evaluation system with three levels and 25 indexes, and according to the characteristics of the evaluation system, we build a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for CUBA women’s basketball team performance. With the examples of women’s basketball team of Shandong University of Science and Technology, the paper evaluated the team performance of women’s basketball team of Shandong University of Science and Technology and put forward some suggestions for the further development of the team.Finally, this paper put forward some methods for the CUBA women’s basketball team performance management, based on the performance evaluation of CUBA women’s basketball team. The content of CUBA women’s basketball team performance management mainly includes: team cohesion management, communication mechanism management, incentive mechanism management, cooperation and competition management and the training of psychological features for the team players, etc. we can achieve the goal of cultivating outstanding women’s team players and establishing high-performance CUBA women’s basketball teams based on the scientific performance management for the CUBA women’s .basketball teams, and promote the further development of CUBA.
