Abstract


The construction of the international first-class modern bank is the banking industry in recent years the main goal and trend, to achieve this goal, the banks to establish and improve the management system, the policy basis, the paper put forward the executive ability construction. Executive ability construction to carry out good, how a quantitative and qualitative analysis, which requires a standard. Bank execution evaluation system will support this standard, executive force for the building of key elements into a system, to measure the executive ability construction in the indexes of monitoring, to make a scientific prompting and conclusion, can guarantee the implementation of force construction to carry out the validity and stability of. Continuing for having ensured that the bank develops all round and high-effect going a step further thereby.Bank execution evaluation system through the implementation of capacity-building assessment evaluation, draw the appropriate conclusions and analysis, and according to the different stages of the evaluation results of the evaluation of content and execution of construction work carried out qualitative and content into the appropriate personnel assessment, scientific methods and conclusions of the Bank to promote the execution of the construction.The management information system mainly includes four modules, system management, evaluation of information collection and statistics, evaluation analysis. Implementation of test questions, test paper evaluation object, dynamic management, further to achieve the system compatibility, can undertake the same category evaluation task. At the same time for all post staff periodically related leaders and departments of the evaluation work, design and implementation of evaluation valuator and was rated one logical relation set, in accordance with the logical relation on evaluation results of the statistical analysis.This paper analyzes the Bank execution evaluation system development background, research of the current domestic and foreign banking executive ability construction present situation, summarized the main problems to be solved in the system; the system requirements analysis and design are expounded; introduced the data table design; the system realization process and key module applications are described in detail, and gives the concrete realization technology and method.The management system has been the actual promotion in a row of Shandong Province branch of the related work, and effectively improve the executive force of science and sustainability, to further promote the long-term development of line of business. Therefore,it has gained that row 2008 year science and technology project third prize.
