Abstract


The pre-qin times thought is the source of our traditional moral idea, mohism is one of thought contend ideological atmosphere emerged, it contain rich and unique academic value. Mohism theories is the important component in Chinese excellent traditional culture, "universal","your righteousness", "the ZhiGong unity" thought has influenced later ages. Especially the "column deschamps hen" talent ethical thoughts, Attaching drove the talent role from "fall in love", and "claim photograph is put forward based"; Comply with "hear words trace line, appoint people by abilities" talent selection principle, Execute "rich, expensive, respect, reputation of talent incentive mechanism, Mohism puts forward a set about talent and the measures and methods of management in these basis.The author has used the theoretical analysis method, reorganize carefully and research in-depth "mohism" talent ethics with "the essence and discard the dross" principle, explore the talented person thought formation of internal and external environment and philosophical basis, interpretation of talented person thought contained in codes of ethics, moral value and time influence. Mohism personnel ethical thoughts are studied and discussed from three aspects:First, a systematic introduction mozi column deschamps Yin talent ethics basis of philosophy and background, Secondly, a detailed analysis of the hen mozi column deschamps talented person thought of ethical characteristics, moral base and moral content, compares the pre-qin period major schools of Confucianism, method and way, ink based on ethics based on the characteristics of talent, expounds the unique talents mozi ethical thoughts implication, Again, this paper analyzes influence to later generations and modern general people employing of traditional:choosing talents system of enlightenment, collective core talent of the communist party of China three generations leaders s, the reference of the ethics of our country "talent powers" strategy.
