Abstract


SMEs are an important force in the national economy, the economic development of countries in the world have played a pivotal role. And China as the world's largest developing country, small and medium real estate companies in China's national economic development, urbanization, prosperous real estate market and prevent market monopoly plays an important role. For a long time the domestic small and medium real estate companies have been facing many constraints, such as: access to land is weak, less land reserves, financial strength is weak, poor financing, internal mismanagement, lack of talent and so on. These factors are sized real estate enterprises to become \Especially in recent years, with the rapid development of the real estate market and the government a series of macroeconomic policies and measures adopted, countries increasingly tight control of land, banks, especially small and medium enterprises to continuously improve the real estate loan threshold, market management has also been standardized. In this paper, Shenzhen Sheng Shiwei Group's historical development as the background, access to extensive information about the mechanisms for SME development, corporate strategy theory, real estate management aspects of monographs periodicals, dissertations and other literature, and in-depth research within the Group, Shenzhen Sheng Shiwei actual conditions, based on the attempt on China's small and medium sized real estate enterprises exist inevitability theoretical and empirical research, and to propose suitable Shenzhen Sheng Shiwei Group's phased development strategy.
