Abstract

With the socio-economic development and the growth of the urban population, the amount of urban trips increasing road traffic capacity is becoming saturated, traffic problems have become increasingly prominent. Has a large volume, relatively less investment, less per capita road due to the urban public transport, local government and traffic management departments come to realize that, to solve the problem of urban traffic must give priority to the development of urban public transport. The city bus scheduling problem is the core content of the urban public transport. Reasonable bus scheduling can effectively alleviate the capacity and volume of the contradictions, to maximize balance the interests of passengers and the bus company, to reduce residents' travel costs, improve people's travel status; can also increase the operating efficiency of the public transport vehicles to improve the management level of the urban public transport system, to improve the economic and social benefits of the bus company. This article is based in Nanchang, Nanchang bus system characteristics, first introduced the survey content and methods of the basis of the bus as the bus scheduling data. Basic mode of public transportation vehicle line scheduling of bus scheduling smallest passenger car time costs and revenue as the goal of the public transport enterprises, consider the maximum and minimum departure interval the departure interval difference between two adjacent and load factor and car capacity the constraints to the departure time for the variable mathematical model using genetic algorithm using matlab language programming, obtained the entire scheduling period departure schedule. And then combined with the of Nanchang actual bus data to analyze model applications, the model has a good practical application value. Second, in the the Bus initial scheduling program based on, the paper analyzes the dynamic scheduling of public transport vehicles to achieve, by means of GPS technology to continue to run the actual operation of the vehicle information and dynamic scheduling policy dynamically adjusted, and ultimately to achieve the dynamic scheduling purposes. Regional scheduling of public transport vehicles is the development trend of the bus schedule. This paper studies the problem of how to develop the departure times of all lines in the premise of maintaining the lines of the grid frequency, maximum synchronous transfer points in the network reachability, enabling passengers to transfer to be completed in the shortest possible time. Finally, research and build the intellectual framework for the the Nanchang implementation of intelligent scheduling system, provide a relevant basis for the Nanchang future development intelligent transportation system.
