Abstract


The rise and fall of society, past and present politicians, thinkers and issues of common concern. Mencius, its the thought of the people live in the middle Warring States lobbying Zhu Hou Guojun the time, hoping to pay implemented. His policy program at the time failed to become a reality, but then later generations of the far-reaching impact, still in dialogue with the social reality and seek growth. Mencius' thought of the people exposed to the the social fate is decided by the people or by the emperor, monarch, Gongqing, the doctor decided a historical view of the fundamental problems. Scholars on the basis of Mencius' Thought, further elaborated the meaning of Mencius' thought, try to Mencius' thinking combined with contemporary Chinese reality, to deepen understanding of the traditional culture of China's socialist legal construction. This article includes three parts of the Introduction, body and conclusion. Which the body consists of three chapters. Preface introduces the occurrence, development and impact of the research Mencius' thought today's democratic and legal construction, chose this topic original intention. The first chapter is the analysis of Mencius 'ideological connotations and academic overview of Mencius' Thought Research. The second chapter focuses on Mencius' thinking. Mencius' thoughts from the introduction of the three aspects of the thought of the people made: background, main stresses Mencius inherited and developed the weekly \People ideology system; Mencius 'thought from the relationship between the ruler and public support, protect people and enriching the people thought, with the public worry about music ideology and election Yin Kui-nung thought the focus of analysis; Mencius' ideological impact on future generations, according to the history of logical order was introduced, and a brief evaluation. The third chapter discusses Mencius' ideological and cultural values ??of the contemporary law, is the focus of this article. This chapter is divided into six contemporary method of analysis of Mencius' cultural values: Mencius' thoughts and perspectives on the masses, Mencius Zhongmin thinking of practical significance, the practical significance of Mencius concerned about the livelihood of the people thought, Mencius' thinking and scientific concept of development, Mencius 'thinking and building a socialist harmonious society, Mencius' thinking to build a harmonious world of ideas. Epilogue reiterated Mencius' ideological reason why progressive, because it answered a fundamental question: Who should be the regime and the masters of history? \conclusion.
