Abstract


China’s backbone transmission network, metro transport network has a very large scale today, the problem of narrowband access networks have become increasingly prominent as the construction of information "bottleneck." For the majority of operators and new entrants emerging operators, have a lack of access network resources. As the access network is directly connected to a section of the end-user network, and all of the business model must come from its profits in the final analysis the end-user, so the access network as the network operators to compete for attention. To this end, the people’s eyes shifted from the cable network access using a variety of access 3.5GHz wireless fixed access systems into new areas of people’s attention.This paper is based on this background, right 3.5GHz fixed wireless access services carried out by project management research. First of all, through the project management-related technical and economic analysis methods described, both to introduce the relevant theory of project management, on the other pairs of related project management knowledge is introduced. Second, the theory of project management-related knowledge in the 3.5GHz wireless fixed access services in the project is studied, and through Beijing Mobile 3.5GHz wireless fixed access business case illustrates the project management project in the project implementation process of the research methodology and on the project decision-making.
