Abstract


With the development of China 's economy , China 's economic strength as well as the capacity of the local staff have been improved , and growth in the human capital of the local staff , a large number of local employees have been trained abroad experience and educational background , and the local staff because they familiar with the local culture more advantages than expatriates . A result , the huge differences in pay so the growing conflict between the local staff and expatriate staff , thus drawn increasing attention . In this paper, based on equity theory and the theory of cognitive consistency , to explore the literature and empirical research to explore the pay difference is how it affects our local staff and expatriate staff behavior , and how to interact . To establish the impact of model -based pay differentials , which comes to fair pay differentials sexy known emotional performance of the employees , as well as the interaction of local employees and expatriates behavior . Study of local employees of foreign-funded enterprises in Shanghai , Shenzhen and Wuhan and expatriates study , through interviews and questionnaires , found that the prevalence of pay differentials . Data analysis , multiple regression analysis and found that the pay differences affect the local staff to produce a sense of injustice , and in the face of pay differences , local employees and expatriates emotional changes , local staff from the anger the emotions, expatriates guilt ; behavior , anger lead to local staff from uncooperative with slack behavior . Subsequently, the interaction of local staff and expatriate staff analysis, found local staff uncooperative behavior reinforced the tendency of the departure of the expatriates . In the final discussion of these conclusions , analysis of the characteristics of the local Chinese staff and expatriates , and the limitations of the research contributions and research , as well as further research proposals .
