Abstract


China's social security system was established in the urban-rural dual structure, above the urban social security formed a relatively complete system, the low level of social security in rural areas, the growth of economic wealth did not fully take into account the common development of urban and rural interests, unable to meet the requirements of social equity, and urban and rural areas social security gap between objectively there should be a \Therefore, the use of the theory of labor economics, social psychology, dynamic analysis, empirical analysis and normative analysis, discriminant index system fair by building urban and rural social security, economic fairness and social equity, two levels of urban and rural social security fair measure, and made Social Security fair path selection. Fair discriminant index by building the economy of urban and rural social security, fair index of fair and comprehensive assessment of the economy of urban and rural social security measure moderately fair range, and the use of Lawler - Lucas empirical analysis of urban and rural social security, economic fairness \explain the influencing factors of urban and rural social security economic fair \The data show: indeed urban and rural social security system and the results are unfair; at this stage of urban and rural social security resource allocation salvation; preference need social security resources into the city over a period of time the performance of the rural \proceed at the same time, promote the coordinated development of urban and rural social security system of the urban and rural areas, urban and rural improvement of the level of human capital, social security contributions of urban and rural fair allocation aspects. Through field survey of four provinces and urban and rural residents in Shandong, Henan, Anhui, Chongqing, using the analytical paradigm of social psychology, cognition, judgment, stress force, balance, resistance to pressure five dimensions of urban and rural residents subjective withstand the force to carry out a comparative assessment. The survey the empirical showed that: the urban and rural residents are basically satisfied with the current social security situation, but the lack of confidence in the future development of social security fair; subjective urban residents the endurance than rural residents, urban and rural social security moderately fair range of 2.13 to 2.46:1 at this stage between urban and rural social security is not fair. To improve urban and rural social security social equity situation, this paper proposes to promote urban and rural social security fair should follow the principle of the general idea and specific policy recommendations.
