Abstract


A new round of international industrial transfer and economical globalization are ongoing. China with huge market, good investment environment and many other factors become the first choice of many capital flows. China has gradually become the development Country which absorb the largest international industrial transfer. China has fetched in a large number of construction funds, advanced technology and management experience to promote the Chinese industries upgrading and economical society development effectively. In the background of the international industrial transfer has been expanding in large-scale. As the undertaker of industrial transfer, we should undertake international industrial transfer more proactively. We also should be with the actual situation, highlight our own comparative advantage, optimize the environment of undertake industrial transfer, and make it more rational and efficient to absorb the industry transfer, in order to promote economical growth. Therefore, researching the cultivation and promotion of the industrial transfer undertake ability in-depth system, has very important significance to the industrial transfer undertaker.The article takes our country various areas industrial transfer undertake ability as the object of study, then carries on the thorough analysis after the domestic and foreign famous industrial transfer theories. From the undertake industrial transfer angle, the article grasps the industrial transfer inherent rules, and induces six influence factors for underdeveloped or developing locals to undertake industrial transfer, including the cost factor, the market potential factor, the investment policy environmental factor, the industrial support ability factor, the technical research and development level factor, the economic benefit factor. With the principle of selecting the evaluation indicators of undertake ability, the article summarizes indicators constitution of industrial transfer undertake ability, and uses the method of principal component. Taking our country industrial data as the example, the article carries on the comprehensive evaluation and comparison to the industrial transfer undertake ability of national various areas, and obtains the total places of industrial transfer undertake ability of national various areas. The article also carries on the crosswise comparison, and finds out the superiority and deficiency of various locals in industrial transfer undertake ability, according to each major effect factor scores. Finally with present situation of industrial transfer undertake, from five aspects the article proposes countermeasure suggestions for China industry to enhance industrial transfer undertake ability.
