Abstract

Nanomaterials, especially nanoparticles due to its unique properties: small size effect, quantum Hall effect, etc., until the material science research hotspot. Barium titanate (BaTiO3) nanoparticles with high dielectric constant and ferroelectric, piezoelectric and positive temperature coefficient effect, excellent electrical properties, are widely used in electronic ceramic industry. We first use of cheap, industrial-grade metatitanic, obtained by hydrothermal reaction and good dispersion of barium titanate powders and studied hydrothermal reaction temperature, time, barium, titanium and other process conditions than the structure of the product and morphology, and ultimately determine the optimum process conditions. Nanofilms also materials science research hotspot. Niobium oxide film has excellent optical properties, is a wide band of dielectric material, the ultraviolet absorptive capacity of strong, high refractive index of the film, in the field of a wide range of optoelectronic applications. We first synthesized inorganic laminar compound K4Nb6O17, through protonation and TBAOH intercalation, the expansion of the interlayer distance of the layered compound, and then stirred stripped niobium oxide nanosheets prepared sol. In the stable dispersion of nano-chip sol as raw materials, through the layers of self-assembly prepared PEI / niobium oxide composite films. Use of XRD, SEM, TEM and other structural analysis methods to study the surface morphology, the internal microstructure; Optical properties were measured by UV-visible spectrophotometer comparison. Found LBL niobium oxide prepared at 800 ℃ optical film of amorphous structure can be maintained inside the film surface smooth, strong adhesion, a high refractive index and a low extinction coefficient, from the ultraviolet-visible transmission spectrum of the film with a point a perspective view of the high rate, is a good performance of nano-optical films. Graphene is another special structure of the two-dimensional structural materials with high Young's modulus, high tensile strength, high thermal conductivity, high proton mobility and large surface area, and many other advantages, as well as the quantum Hall effect, in the basic research and technology applications by scientists of great concern. We use a new type of screw grinder to grind the graphite and some Lewis acid, and then were treated with hydrochloric acid and potassium hydroxide, to obtain a water-soluble sol graphene good. To the synthesized graphene sol was synthesized by LBL self-assembly method to obtain uniform thickness, surface roughness, strong adhesion of the film. Resistance of the film was measured to temperature and pressure changes in response, and explore material at a temperature and pressure sensors of the application possibilities.
