Speech is a realistic activity of high practicability, which combines morality, social polity, literature and art, to achieve the certain goals by influencing the audiences’behavior. Speech is more agitational and influential than the general language form, which not only make people know, make people believe, make people moved, make people agree, but also make people act. So it is an advanced human language expression.Speech language consists of two systems:one is Sound Language System, the other is Subvocal Speech System. Sound language is the most important communication tools and channel between the speaker and the audiences. The key factor of a successful speech is well using the audio language. The object of this study is the sound language of speech, and I will state the characteristics and specification language usage in detail from four angles which are voice, vocabulary, grammar and rhetoric.Phonetics:The sound language need us express by sound, so the main form of the language is saying which need to ensure the accurate and clear pronunciation. In addition, we also need to adjust the tone and word speed according to the request of expression, which involves the usage of the skills like intonation、pause、stress.Vocabulary: The expressing of the sound language must exact, normative, briefly and organized, outputting the most information by the most economical form. The usage of individualized words like the r-coloured words, mimetic words, modal particles and idioms like two-part allegorical saying, idioms and proverbs may make the language expression flexible and comfortable, lively and natural.Grammar: The expressing of the sound language must ensure the sentences fluency, coherent, logical, not with mistaken, more with the short and simple sentences. The sentences need clear structure, good order, and it would not wordy and clear. Flexible usage of long and short sentences, compound sentence and clauses may make syntactical structures varied and lively.Rhetoric:The expressing of the sound language need well-usage of rhetoric, to make the speech filled with artistic quality and aesthetic value. Learn to use Rhetoric such as metaphor, analogy, exaggeration, bisociation, melonymy, etc., for that, the people can deeply impressed by the lively statements.Language style:The text proved that the speech language combines the normativeness, preciseness, logicality of the written language and the simplicity, flexibility and vitality of the spoken language. Speech language is actually a integrative language genre which inosculated by many factors of variety language genre.This paper analyses the viewpoint and method of modern linguistic theory and the study of spoken language, taking many speech expressing examples from ancient or modern, Chinese or foreign when it stated and explained creatively the basic theory and knowledge on characteristics、principles、techniques and style of the audio language. It sought to easy to understand,while it was focusing on knowledge, interest, operability.
