Abstract


Information technology in education is a national information technology extension in the field of education, and is an important driving force during science and technology development. Our educational informationization has been "using information to promote the modernization of education, achieve educational equity and leapfrog development," the decision-making as their own development strategies. As China’s regional economic development is uneven, which led to China’s education informationization technology development in the speed and depth of regional differences exist in these two areas. During this period, Jiangxi’s education informationization will mainly face the imbalance of investment and the maladjustment of information resource management and market applications anomie this three questions.This study takes Jiangxi Education Information Resource Management as a key object of study, focuses on analysis of Jiangxi Education Information Resource Management and find the imbalance causes and propose appropriate response strategies. Then start with the nature and theory of educational information resources planning, and then the enterprise architecture is combined of education and information resources to build enterprise architectures based educational informationization resource integration platform Jiangxi (from micro perspective) as the main line and Jiangxi Education Information development of coping strategies specific implementation tools; and integrated platform to further explain the content and composition of each task, analysis of the boundaries between architecture and the relationship. Finally, in Jiangxi Province selected for this study as an applied research pilot universities, colleges and universities from the perspective of Enterprise Architecture to sort out and integrate operations to form the visual architecture view, and ultimately build a business architecture and IT architecture framework for fusion of the overall campus, so as to solve the "islands of information" and "duplication" and other information resources management provides a new theoretical framework.
