ObjectiveTo observe the effects of new Xuefuzhuyu soft capsule on signs and symptoms of blood stasis, and ox-LDL, hs-CRP in unstable angina patients.Metrhods60 unstable angina patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and conventional group (n=30), healthy control group (n=30).The therapy of the conventional group include nitrates, calcium antagonists, B receptor blocker agents, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and aspirin, the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus new Xuefuzhuyu soft capsule,the period of treatment is one month.Two groups were observed before and after treatment with blood stasis and to detect signs of serum oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels.ResultsThere were angina improvement compared to the treatment group and conventional group, the total effective rate was 87.6.7%,70.40%(P>0.05);Comparison of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine blood stasis signs, treatment group and the conventional group, the total effective rate was 84.6%,55.6%(P<0.05);Treatment group, serum ox-LDL, hs-CRP were significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe new Xuefuzhuyu soft capsule can be improved in patients with unstable angina and reduce blood stasis signs meanwhile can reduce the levels of ox-LDL and hs-CRP. It can stabilize plaques and inhibit lipid peroxidation, also can resist vascular endothelial inflammation, to improve endothelial function and thereby enhance the efficacy of unstable angina.
