Abstract


Chinese Taoism profound, long history. Construct the logical structure of Taoism , as a source of speculative philosophy ; far-reaching impact on the development of China law . Article from a legal point of view to study the thought of Taoism . Generated by the Taoist legal doctrine development , through in-depth study of the legal doctrine of Taoism , discover the major historical periods of Legal Theory , and then learn from the positive factors of the Taoist legal doctrine to make it better for our country building a socialist country ruled by law .
