Abstract


Shanghai Lifelong Education Network relying basically "all human beings learn, always able to learn, always to learn" the learning objectives of social development, Shanghai will build a network of lifelong education digital public service platform, creating a repository of lifelong education and lifelong education portal, lifelong education and lifelong learning support network channel service system composed of Shanghai life-long education system of digital infrastructure for the entire resident population of 16 million in Shanghai, including all ages, all education levels, a variety of populations with different background lifelong learning opportunities, so that any person in any place, any time can be fast and efficient access to quality educational resources.This paper discusses the construction of the platform played the significance of teaching management and then the network management system of teaching the functional requirements analysis and design, mainly for online teaching management system to analyze the functions of the structure, and discussed the overall framework of the database and design. Finally, based on BlackBoard, established a network teaching management platform, has been well used.
