Abstract


The twenty-first century, the rapid development of China's automobile industry . In the new economic environment, the auto parts enterprises to use the ERP system for enterprises participate in the fierce market competition to provide strong support . The ERP focuses on the integration of internal business processes , can not be solved in the procurement process and the efficiency of communication between suppliers problem . Therefore, the use of modern information technology to establish vendor platforms with internal ERP integration , making the procurement accurate and timely information exchange between systems , this is undoubtedly the right to reduce procurement operating costs , rationalizing the allocation of resources , improve capital utilization significantly catalytic role, can greatly improve the competitiveness of enterprises . In this paper, the actual auto parts enterprise information system construction as the background, analyzes the status of an independent system applications and shortcomings of the data sharing and integration between systems interactively presented the characteristics of auto parts enterprises in line vendor platforms and ERP system integration solutions. Article introduces a layered architecture ideas, integrated system designed four-tier structure : Integrated interface layer , application integration layer, business logic , user interaction layer . This paper focuses on SAP EAI in ALE, IDoc, BAPI, RFC technology, the basic principles and application scenarios , discusses in detail the vendor platform integration with the ERP system at all levels of technology , through several examples presented Interface Program prepared to determine the intermediate file format , the interface frequency of scheduling. Finally, the entire application integration solutions were tested , the test results show that the scheme is reasonable and feasible . Through vendor platform and ERP system integration , K company's supply chain purchases made ??great improvements.
