Abstract

In recent years, a large number of organic phosphorus pesticide use has caused serious environmental pollution and excessive pesticide residues in agricultural products, causing a number of food safety incidents, China's agricultural exports to suffer heavy losses. The organophosphorus pesticide hazards has been extensive attention of the international community, our country has taken appropriate measures against pesticide pollution and pesticide testing. Monocrotophos and parathion and other organophosphorus pesticide toxicity strong, degradation half-lives, has become a focus detection object in the agro-processing, distribution and trade. Spectrometry, dipstick, chromatography and immunoassay method for detection of organophosphorus pesticides, these methods because sensitivity is not high or supplies costs analysis cycle is longer, expensive equipment, complex sample preparation and the need to be able technical personnel skilled use of the instrument, is unable to carry out on-site analysis, and online testing, leaving their application has been limited, and there is an urgent need for a suitable for on-site and on-line analysis, rapid qualitative and accurate quantitative, sensitive and practical organic phosphorus The analytical device and method for monitoring and detection of pesticides. Organophosphorus pesticides object of study, assay and electro-polymerization method of preparation of a variety of dyes modified electrode without enzyme modification, direct detection of organophosphorus pesticides, its basic contents are as follows: 1. Neutral red dye as a modifier physical adsorption method modified glassy carbon electrode surface prepared by a neutral red film modified electrodes were characterized by IR, indicating neutral red adsorption on the glassy carbon electrode before and after, not change. Then study the electrochemical behavior of of monocrotophos organophosphorus pesticides in neutral red film modified electrode reaction mechanism, the experimental results show that this modified electrode of monocrotophos response has a catalytic role, in 0.01 ~ 0.10μg / mL within the range, the concentration of monocrotophos and its reduction peak current of a linear relationship between the detection limit of 9.7 × 10-3μg/mL. 2 glassy carbon electrode substrate electrode by electrochemical polymerization prepared the poly crystal violet film modified electrodes, and to study the catalytic mechanism of monocrotophos on electrocatalytic activity. After tests showed that the method for monocrotophos determination simple detection limit of 0.0086μg/mL, the standard deviation was 4.31%, adsorption prepared modified electrode used within 30 days of the electrode intermittent detection maintained 75.7% of the activity, suitable for on-site and online testing. 3 orthogonal experimental method to study the conditions of electrochemical polymerization preparation polyalizarin red film modified electrode (PARE) obtained by the analysis of the the alizarin red glassy carbon electrode modified conditions. And parathion as the research object, by optimizing the test conditions, establish a direct determination of electrochemical methods of parathion.
