Abstract


Innovation sustains the progress of a nation, is an inexhaustible motive force of a country’s prosperity. Construction of Innovation Science and Technology Park, is an important development study of hi-oriented in the new period & the new situation, is core work promoting the National New and High "second pioneering",is important practice and exploration that implements the innovation strategy and constructs an innovative country. The Ministry of Science and Technology gives away the "Innovative Science and Technology Park Guide" at June 11,2008.It pinpoints that one of the priorities of innovation science and technology park construction is to build up environments which conducive to the growth of talent to live, communication and knowledge exchange.And then improve enterprise innovation and healthy development, build a harmonious development innovation park.Therefore,during construction of innovation science and technology parks,attention should be paid to creatation of communication space. So high-tech R & D staff can communication, relieve stress, relax in the comfortable environment.Thereby stimulate their creative thinking, extend their working life, improve efficiency, promote the formation of innovative milieu, and then conducive to innovation science and technology parks sustained healthy development.This article contacts from the basic situations of the Innovation and Technology Park and communication space. Then the author acquaints the development and distribution and development mode of science and technology parks. And then puts forward the meaning, characteristics and development status of innovation science and technology parks. The author analyses the understanding and using to communication space of high-tech R & D staff and their demand by studing of Z-PARK in Beijing.Therefore she summarizes problems of the communication space in science and technology parks. On this basis, she analyses the macro and micro influence factors to design of communication space in innovation science and technology parks.The author summarizes the classification and characteristics of communication space in the innovation science and technology park. And thus presentes the views of the author to the main node contact elements of the communication space design.Finally the author sums up overall strategies of communication space design in innovation science and technology parks. Take Meixihu innovation science and technology park planning and design for example, analyses and confirms the proposed theory. The author wants to take this paper to stimulate designers of innovation science and technology parks to focus on the communication space.And wants to promote innovation and the formation of an atmosphere, enhance the park environment quality, and provide reference for the related industries.
