Abstract


Formed by the 19th century Romantic period of German opera , Wagner and Verdi and Italian opera one of the most important historical events in the study Western music . Although in previous literature research about Wagner and Verdi are not unusual , but are related to the a comprehensive two different opera creative road , they represent the German opera aesthetics and Italian opera aesthetic distinction systemic studies are few and far between . Therefore, this article from the operas of Wagner and Verdi creative focus for the study of aesthetic differences to German, Italian opera , integrated use of music historians , music analysis , music aesthetics , music sociology , research methods , and events of the differences cultural and historical issues behind as comprehensive as possible to explore and analyze . Text is divided into five chapters : The first chapter is a simple overview of the course of development of the 17th and 18th century opera aesthetics ; Chapter II Chapter from the opera \Luo \differences and the Verdi opera aesthetic ideology ; Chapter mainly from the two respective national opera heritage and social background of life to explore the causes of the origin of its aesthetic distinction . Ultimately, the article in the the opera aesthetic distinction behind its common essence is a different understanding and interpretation made ??by the two composers, opera genre in the form of the romantic spirit .
