Abstract


Foshan as the birthplace of China Building Ceramics , China's largest building ceramic producing areas . With the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008 , Foshan Ceramic experienced the most difficult section of the course in the history of the development , and the stimulation of the relevant national favorable policies , Foshan architectural ceramics survived the mild winter . However , in late 2010 , the rising cost of raw materials ; rapid increase in the level of wages ; regulation of the real estate policy ; slow recovery in the international market reasons. To the development of the construction ceramics industry in Foshan , once again brought a series of uncontrollable factors . Foshan ceramics industry is entering a critical period for industry to adjust and shuffle become the main content of the article discusses how to develop the industry . I first studied the main building in India, Italy , Spain , and the United States , the world's ceramic production and consumption countries in the development status and trends of the industry after the financial crisis . Then, the study analyzes the development of the condition of the domestic construction ceramics industry . Next on the history of the development of the construction ceramics industry in Foshan , domestic and international competitive environment , the instability factors , the current state of development , as well as its characteristics to analyze , and in turn cited the current industry problems , such as competition within the industry without sequence , enterprise innovation mechanisms are inadequate , extensive management . Also studied the current problems in the the Foshan, small and medium-sized building ceramics enterprise . Finally, for the industry as well as internal problems , improvement of relevant aspects of the industry and corporate opinion . From a strategic point of view put forward some new ideas and thoughts . Government as the organizer and leader of Foshan construction industry , for the development of the industry should play a role . Finally, the expression of the vision of building ceramics industry in Foshan and expectations .
