Abstract


Diesel Power System test instruments include temperature gauges, pressure gauge, speed instrumentation and electrical instrumentation . These instruments can help monitor the real-time understanding of the various parts of the operation , to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the diesel-powered system . Due to the the instrumentation work environment is harsh , it is necessary to verify these instruments on a regular basis to ensure the accuracy of the instrument . Comprehensive Utilization of this study, the testing of embedded computer control technology , network communication technology and database technology diesel power systems supporting instrumentation calibration system design and development . Many types of instrumentation involved in the design process , follow the principle of \The STM32 microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core computing core instrument calibration station is responsible for data acquisition , system protection , key scan , digital display results print a series of functions , such as data transmission . Each check station and instrument calibration information management system using Ethernet and TCP / IP protocol for data exchange. The detailed design of the hardware modules and software modules , hardware, including STM32 microcontrollers , digital signal processing circuit , analog signal processing circuit , etc. , such as network communication interface circuit . The software module analyzes a uC/OS- Ⅱ embedded real - time operating system and the RL-TCPnet embedded TCP / IP protocol stack , and transplant . This paper also discusses instrument calibration station operation , function , range of applications , operating principle and basic structure . Finally, in-depth analysis the meter the parity information management system , the system uses the VC and MS Access database development . From the database design , database access layer , interface design , and network communications design point of view , a detailed design ideas and implementation of software layers . The instrument calibration system has been put into use , reliable operation , and fully meet the design requirements , greatly improving the efficiency of the instrument calibration .
