Abstract


Recent years, with the constantly promote the continuous development of information technology and information technology in education, teachers use a variety of social software in the IT environment becomes more and more widely to the professional development of teachers. Traditional closed-end training-teacher professional development model can not meet the growing professional development needs of teachers, teachers' professional development trends are becoming evident through the network. Email, BBS and Blog of education, teachers' professional development dedicated website network platform has been widely applied to the professional development of teachers, Moodle platform in the professional development of teachers is still in its infancy. In the above context, this paper analyzed Moodle in teacher professional development, to explore based Moodle support teacher professional development model and strategy. The basic content of each chapter of the thesis is as follows: (1) Introduction. Introduces the research background of the paper, Research on the professional development of teachers and Moodle at home and abroad and the research methods. (2) the relevant concepts and theoretical basis. This chapter related concepts to make the professional development of teachers, Moodle defined and elaborated based on the theoretical basis of the Moodle teachers' professional development. (3) Moodle promote analysis of the functions and features of the professional development of teachers. This chapter in the study on the basis of the theory of predecessors teacher professional development, analysis, and summed up the contents of the framework of teacher professional development in the IT environment. And teacher professional development content framework with Moodle platform combines the functions of the depth of mining the Moodle platform support for the professional development of teachers and value. Then in the study of traditional teacher professional development model based on the general characteristics of the network of teacher professional development on the basis of in-depth analysis of the the Moodle support teachers' professional development unique features and value. (4) Based on Moodle Strategies to promote the professional development of teachers. This chapter presents the implementation strategy and build the Moodle support under the teachers' professional development models and three. (5) Moodle survey analysis to promote the professional development of teachers. This chapter teachers use Moodle platform and existing investigation based on these two aspects of the building of the professional development of teachers of the Moodle platform to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the Moodle platform professional development of teachers, and the problem proposed some suggestions. (6) Summary and Outlook. This chapter summarizes the thesis, and point out the inadequacies of the study, the outlook on the the Moodle support of teachers professional development.
