Abstract

Delay SIS Epidemic model combining spatial structure of the host . Parasites paper studies based on the classical mean field theory approximation model . Dissertation consists of three chapters: Chapter 1 is an introduction part of the power system of infectious diseases research background and Research research areas in this article a brief introduction . , do the second chapter of SIS epidemic model with stage structure and nonlinear incidence Delay branch analysis to study the stability of the equilibrium point of the model , the conditions for the existence of Hopf branches , and by means of the normal form theory and the center manifold theorem to discuss the characteristics of the bifurcation in addition suppression parameter m of branch periodic solution . infectious disease model numerical simulation to verify the correctness of the theoretical results . established host- parasite interaction approximation model . were obtained by calculating the formation of endemic diseases as well as the host population extinction threshold , and further study of the disease-free equilibrium and the extinction of the local stability of the equilibrium point . addition, the invasion of the parasite and the host populations of susceptible host mobile continuous and extinction . Finally, computer simulations to verify the theoretical results .
