Abstract


In recent years,project management as an emerging management method, in our all various trades and occupations obtains a wide range of promotion and application.Especially in electronic products manufacturing enterprises which is relatively short product life cycles and development progress requests quickly ,such as mobile phones, PC, etc.Time management of project is the key of project management, affects the project’s success and achievement.This paper carries on the research discussion to the mobile phone product development progress management.In the mobile phone profession, the project management is very common, but the majority of them attent flow process management, that the project management theory and the actual union does not arrive. The discussion way mainly through the case, the comprehensive research project progress deviation recognition, the project plan design, the progress control and the project progress plan and the control flow which establishes in this foundation.The full text will use project time management theory, combined with my business and the industry status quo, and my work, to get a series of project time design method and operation control method which close to the actual business , facilitate for enterprise and for industry reference.This article, through JT’s X8 phone project time management as a case to explore the basic method of project time management. First introduced the basic theory of the project management and time management and current status of the domestic mobile phone industry, and Then take the JT Corporation’s handset developmental item time management actual case as the foundation, analyzes this project in the performance history each stage progress design and the progress control, again take the project time management theory as the foundation, to offer the actual operation significance control method for the project progress management.
