Objective: Chronic sinusitis - nasal polyps in patients with functional endoscopic sinus surgery in addition to conventional medication plus oral daisy through San soup , observed in patients with symptoms and signs of improvement recorded postoperative surgical cavity secretions , edema, vesicles granulation and polyps regeneration, adhesion and the operative cavity cleaning time , epithelization time, and as a control with the conventional treatment group , to evaluate its efficacy . Methods: 96 cases of hospitalized patients met the inclusion criteria , based on the principles of randomized controlled divided into treatment group and control group . Postoperative treatment group routinely given static point antibiotics , corticosteroids local spraying saline flush to Chrysanthemum Tong Sheng decoction . The control group was given static points antibiotics , the glucocorticoids local spraying saline irrigation water. Patients were followed up for 3 months , observed the outcome of the nasal mucosa with nasal endoscopic healing . Were recorded degree of change in the symptoms of patients , the cleanliness of the surgical cavity and epithelial changes , the statistical analysis processing , judge efficacy . Results: The two groups of gender , age, disease duration, typing and staging general no statistical significant difference comparable.
