Abstract


The concept of \In terms of the agricultural domestic support as an important part of the WTO Agreement on Agriculture \Order not to breach of the Agreement on Agriculture , the United States , European Union , Japan and other developed countries and regions after the entry into force of the agreement in 1995 , the country 's agricultural domestic support policy adjustments and modifications . Relative to developed countries , China's agricultural domestic support policies , there are many problems to be solved , such as low level of support , support for low efficiency , poor support measures structure to support legislation and policy lag . In view of this , this paper attempts to study the pros and cons of the Chinese agricultural domestic support policies within the framework of the WTO rules , and provide practical recommendations to enhance the effective support and protection of Chinese agriculture . In addition to the introduction and conclusion , this article is divided into the following sections , first defined the concept of domestic support in agriculture , the basic content of the Agreement on Agriculture on domestic support , summarizes the theoretical basis of domestic support policies , provide the full text of discourse theoretical groundwork. Then analyzed the basic situation of China's agricultural domestic support policies . China 's long-term domestic support policies to collate and summarize pointed out the problems and shortcomings of China's agricultural domestic support policies . Then described the situation of the United States , European Union, Japan and other developed countries and regions in the area of ??domestic support . Through this part of the study , this paper attempts to learn from the experience of developed countries to adapt our method measures put forward a sound exposition of China 's domestic support policies to provide support for the next part .
