Abstract


China since its accession to the World Trade Organization, into the big stage of the world economy, increasingly exchanges with other economic groups and countries. Enterprises as the main unit of the national economy, its development and economic development of the country as a whole solidarity. Improve the legal system is to ensure good corporate guarantee for the development and prerequisites. Therefore, legal translation has become the focus of attention of linguists and translation scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, a comparative study of three English translation of the Bankruptcy reaffirm and demonstrate the characteristics of legal language translation to explore legal translation standard, from the point of view of the functional translation theory. Through comparative analysis of the three translations, examples prove that the principles to be followed in legal translation and legal translation. Explore the functional translation theory is applicable to legal translation, and three translations of the bankruptcy law to make a comparative analysis of the macro and micro aspects.
