Abstract


As knowledge units stored in the human brain , the schema is the basis of cognition . Any human brain information processing need to activate the corresponding schema . Humans rely the information already FIG formula for decoding and encoding processing of the newly received information . Since since the introduction of the schema theory has been widely used in artificial intelligence, linguistics , and also because of its interpretation of the role of reading and listening comprehension , and is widely used in second language teaching process . However , academics rarely concern schema theory in the interpretation , especially in simultaneous interpretation . Based on this , the author in this article from the point of view of schema theory to study the simultaneous translation and simultaneous interpretation training . This paper first reviews the progress made by the interpreters science interdisciplinary research , from the definition , classification and characteristics introduced schema theory , and then described the role of schema theory in language understanding and expression of the same pass . The author analyzes the characteristics and discourse in accelerated understanding of the process from the same pass schema theory is applied to the feasibility of simultaneous interpretation , expounded schema theory is how to improve the same pass in verbal comprehension and expression . The prominent author theoretically as well as China's current interpretation training explore simultaneous interpretation training , through the analysis of experienced translators deal with simultaneous interpretation skills , I hope the simultaneous interpretation training plays an important role for the Schema reference . In short , the schema theory plays an active and important role in improving language understanding and expression of the same pass and hope that this article will provide modest help nowadays interpreter training, as well as further research in this area .
