Abstract


Forensic medicine and natural science is the application of the theory and technology, research and resolve the legal issues a relevant medical medical disciplines. The birth of forensic science is inseparable from the production of legal, forensic survival and development depends on sound legal and development. Forensic medicine in ancient China has a long history and brilliant achievements, had been subjected to forensic world's attention. According to the existing literature, China is the world's first country to create a forensic. In particular, the Song Dynasty, has been developed to a very glorious period, has made outstanding contributions. Yuan and Ming Dynasties forensic science, although not break Song achievement, but in terms of forensic inspection system still works aspects of the development and innovation. Yuan attaches great importance to the forensic examination, they enacted in the early Yuan Dynasty Inspection Act, the coroner's autopsy to the coroner went to the site by Wuzuo autopsy. In addition, the autopsy documents issued by the competent authority after issuance, sent around counties, fill in the inspection in accordance with formula. Visible, forensic inspection system has been an increasing tendency in the Yuan dynasty of the Act. \It is also on the development of ancient Chinese practice of forensic science as a summary. Which documented many valuable inspection reports. Wang and relegated to \Korea and Japan to become the reference test monograph on the cultural exchange between China made outstanding contributions. In view of this, the author of this article reviews the birth of forensic medicine in ancient China, after the course of development, focusing on the Yuan and Ming Dynasties inspection system, forensic books, forensic scientists as well as the impact of the Qing Dynasty were described in detail, in order to enrich the fields of study.
