Abstract


China is building the socialist modernization , social modernization is the key to the modernization , the core of the modern personality of the modern transformation with the building . Civic personality is a concrete manifestation of the modern personality . Personality of the citizens is a very important issue in advancing the process of social modernization . Since the reform and opening up , China 's civic education about issues along with the rapid development of the social, economic and constantly highlights and more and more attention , cultivate in line with the actual citizens personality in contemporary China has become the most pressing contemporary issues for value . Although China on personality education to explore a large number , but still far can not meet the requirements of real development , the personality education theory building and practice has not been universal attention is still under exploration , the value of the target of the modern citizen personality and culture being . Social and cultural transformation in China is currently accelerating the personality aspect of the people began to shift from the traditional to the modern , the other hand , there have been many crises . This article is from such a background of contemporary civic education about the issues related to the study . Be defined and Discrimination Chapter personality concept to clarify the basic connotation of civic personality , a clear focus on character education, from the perspective of the personality of modern laid a theoretical foundation for further expansion . The second chapter, along the arc of history , of the development of our personality education examine and reflect on the personality education in China in the past , the status quo and toward a clear presentation . The third chapter in the contemporary social and cultural changes in the context of the times , the analysis of the social foundation of China 's generating civic personality , the presence of a personality crisis causes . Chapter IV , on the basis of the above study , try our contemporary civic education about the value of content , target location , dimensions and dimension design .
