Abstract


Urban land is a carrier of the city 's economic construction , natural resources as the most basic and the most important factor of production involved in the people's production and life , and is closely related to the activities of the people . With the accelerating process of urbanization in China , the development of the city mainly rely on epitaxial expansion mode , expanding the size of the cities expand much faster than the speed of urbanization . Within the city there are still unreasonable land use structure , operating an extensive , leading to irrational allocation of land resources , land for urban land is not efficient . The intensive use of land is the key to solve the problem . Based on the analysis Urumqi city land use status , the Urumqi urban land intensive use of impact considering the society , economy , resources and environment system basis , \the Urumqi urban land intensive use evaluation index system , the use of principal component analysis for comprehensive evaluation of Urumqi 1999-2007 level of intensive use of urban land and the 2008 Urumqi Administrative Region partition evaluation . The evaluation results indicate that the current the Urumqi urban land intensive use levels in the than intensive use phase ; 2008 Urumqi Administrative Region (SAR) of land intensive utilization presence polarization days mountainous areas and new urban land use excessive Shayibake in basic intensive , the rest of the administrative region are extensive . Finally, based on the above Urumqi urban land intensive utilization analysis, evaluation , according to local conditions to come up with strategies and recommendations to the reasonable Urumqi city land intensive use play a reference , the reference role .
