Abstract


Social Development Power Theory of Marx is an important part of historical materialism. Research on it has important theoretical and practical value. In theory, combing and mining to Social Development Power Theory can not only enrich the power of Marxist theory of social development, but also help to deepen the understanding and the awareness of historical materialism. More continuously it can push the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics forward to a new level. Practically speaking, research on it is a major practical problem for the party and the people to correctly understand and grasp the law of social development, and consciously promote the development of our society.The main part of this paper consists of three chapters:The first part is about the inevitability of the formation of Marxist social development power theory. It summarizes Western theory of social development, analyzes the plight of the traditional Western theory of social development, focuses on its formation and the leap it gets, illustrates the historical inevitability of the formation of Marxist social development power theory. And it also indicates that the leap of Marxist social development power theory based on practice.The second part is about the basic content of Marxist social development power theory. The research is mainly focused on three aspects: the elements and the characteristics, the structures and the mechanisms, the body, and the value. The viewpoint is that the elements of the theory contain needs, interests, material production, division of labor, science and technology and exchanges. The main feature is the oneness of hierarchical and systematic, subjectivity and objectivity, generality and specificity and selectivity. In the structure of Marxist social development power theory, the subject is individuals, groups, society, class. The object is politics, economy, culture, ecology. And practice is the intermediary. Therefore, the conclusion is drawn that the center of the mechanism of Marxist social development power theory is Basic Social Contradictions. External manifestation is class struggle. The main body is the masses of people. Practice makes the unfolding in space and time. And the formation of driving force of social development is based on the demands of the main body to the value.The third part is about the contemporary inspiration of Marxist social development power theory. The inspiration is: on the issues of social development power, we should base on practice and spirit of the times, with the system vision to survey the development of contemporary society, with the conflict analysis method to solve the problems of contemporary social development; to highlight the main factors and the demands to the value, put people first, promote harmonious social development, then the comprehensive development of man.
