Abstract


With the appearance of 3G communication era, communication industry is in an unprecedented development opportunity, the mobile terminal in the chain are making determined efforts, in order to get the development and growth during this opportunity. As the upper reaches of mobile wireless communication terminal, the domestic manufacturers of wireless communication modules are belong to the late start, also the corporate management is gradually perfected. Current wireless communication module manufacturers are developed by cumulative capital development in the GSM era. Facing 3G era, the core of 3G is how to work closely with the down-stream customers——wireless terminal manufacturers, then import the concept of customer relationship management, and further enhance customer-focused work plans.At present, there are too many up-stream suppliers for wireless communication module, as well as the increasing of peer enterprises and gathering of the down-stream customers. Well, LS Company also got some problems, as the limited business unit and key client, balance of price policy between key clients, and reasonable client structure, etc, all of this elaborates the necessary of customer relationship management, to discuss and solve these problems.The reason of choosing the significance topic is to demonstrate the combining process of business management theory and practice, through the practical research of customer relationship management for the LS company, so that the manager of wireless communication module business can get specific understanding for the customer relationship management during the module promoting program, and guide the entire development and maintenance of enterprise customers by applying scientific and rational customer relationship management knowledge.
