In the employment pressure growing today, entrepreneurship to society become increasingly important, it is the expansion of employment an important way. But entrepreneurship is a high-risk activities, and therefore for the entrepreneur entrepreneurship education is particularly important, but as a core part of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship learning has become a hot issue. On the other hand, E-learning as a new way of learning rapidly, but the current E-learning system also can meet people basic learning needs, how to achieve the learner's individual characteristics, such as metacognition equate learning content The match, thus improving learning performance, as E-learning research focus. In the field of entrepreneurship education into E-learning is at the exploratory stage, the relevant theoretical work carried out urgently. This study focuses on E-learning in entrepreneurship education in the application of adaptive learning theory to study the mechanism of entrepreneurial learning process, and from the impact of E-learning to adapt to match the perspective of the individual characteristics of the learner to study the learner meta-cognitive skills for learning. To a certain extent on the business knowledge learning models are explored, while enriching the metacognitive research areas such theories and knowledge systems. This article first past studies are summarized, pointed out previous studies progress and shortcomings, and proposed in this study the basic theory of ideas. Through interviews with entrepreneurs and the corresponding content analysis to explore the entrepreneurial context adaptive learning process and the development of appropriate measurement tools. On this basis, in order to develop the entrepreneurial adaptive learning process as learner model, the experimental study of entrepreneurship adaptive learning processes and factors were explored. In this paper, factor analysis, structural equation modeling, independent testing, regression analysis and other methods of treatment data were analyzed, the idea of ??this study were demonstrated. In this study, obtain the following conclusions: (1) Entrepreneurship adaptive learning is a multi-dimensional concept, including two kinds of learning, experiential learning and error correction learning, which includes experiential learning program settings, actions attempt to assess the adjustment other three factors, including the reflection debug error correction learning, drawing on integration and error correction three elements. (2) In the case of high learning curve, correcting learning to be significantly higher than the intensity of the learning curve is low; in the case of high learning curve, correcting the intensity of learning than experiential learning; difficulty in learning the low case, the intensity is higher than experiential learning correction learning. (3) adaptive learning for entrepreneurial learning performance influential role in the context of high learning curve, correcting learning for learning more significant impact on performance, while a low degree of difficulty in learning situations, experiential learning for learning performance of more significantly; various learning elements affect the learning performance in different situations differently. (4) metacognitive learning task for entrepreneurs and venture between the regulatory role of adaptive learning. According to the results of this study, this paper enhanced the ability of entrepreneurs to solve problems made recommendations accordingly, and based E-learning environment, learners with learning content related to individual indicators match perspectives on entrepreneurship education E-learning system established pathways. Finally, this study with a summary of the advantages and disadvantages, and proposed future research prospects.
