Abstract


Manufacturing operations is an important part of the development of the manufacturing business , is the important functions of the product . With the rapid progress of China 's manufacturing technology , product quality makes some domestic enterprises has become increasingly close to WX . How to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs and improving product competitiveness in the market , from the point of view of the manufacturing operations is an important issue in front of the Company 's manufacturing sector . The theory and practice of many companies that , as lean production \In this paper , pulling the mode of production theory in detail, and WX promote production methods currently used to analyze the defects , given how many varieties will boost production methods applied to the company's characteristics and difficulties for the production of the final small batch production to implementation. Through the collection of relevant theoretical knowledge and management thinking , based on the advantages and disadvantages of pulling the mode of production and to promote the mode of production , the the WX main features of the company's products , order characteristics of the currently adopted to promote the production status of the mode of production , describes the process WX encountered the production tasks imbalance in the amount of WIP inventory is too high these two problems, and puts forward the strategies and recommendations are as follows : through the process to homeostasis and balance production planning countermeasures the problem of the imbalance between production tasks in the process to be improved ; quantitative flow of materials to achieve the purpose of reducing in-process inventory turnover box implemented in the production and circulation process . Finally, the instance data drawn than the obvious advantages of pulling production , in the WX many varieties of small batch production .
