Abstract

Spunbonded nonwoven fabric by melt spinning into a network technology, is a leading non-woven fabric processes. This process of thermoplastic polymers as raw material, melt spinning draft lapper, and then use hot or acupuncture, a method spunlace cloth-like material made of consolidation. Polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric has been widely used in packaging materials, decorative materials, medical materials, hygiene products, geotextiles, filter materials and other fields. However, due to extensive use, the waste degradation difficulties caused by the white pollution of soils, biological and human living environment also brings a lot of harm. Development of technology to produce inorganic powder modified polypropylene spunbonded nonwoven fabric, an inorganic powder as an additive to reduce the amount of polymer used, saving petroleum resources, reduce production costs, and after product use rapid optical degradation. Meanwhile, in a long time under ambient conditions, inorganic powder can be separated from the spunbond fabrics into the environment, and promote consumptive material is environment, no pollution, can be used as an environmentally-friendly materials. This paper focuses on the overall negative pressure air drawing slit inorganic calcium carbonate powder modified polypropylene (PP) spunbond non-woven production processes and calcium carbonate mass fraction of modified PP spunbond nonwovens performance impact. In the modified PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric production process, impact modified PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric performance parameters include: metering pump speed, the spinning temperature, the cooling air temperature and wind speed, drawing stress, distraction apparatus slit width, the spinning speed, shutter speed into the net, hot roll pressure and temperature, this paper focus from the cabinet temperature, quench air velocity and upper / lower pressure roller temperature, these three factors departure by orthogonal experiment , using the range method to obtain the production of modified PP spunbond nonwoven fabric optimization of process parameters. Modified PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric tensile properties, filament linear density, permeability, thermal properties, rheological properties, crystallinity and aging degradation were analyzed, but also analyzes the different concentrations of the inorganic powder calcium carbonate body between performance, studies show that: when modified PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric of the surface density is small, the fracture strength increases with the calcium content decreased, the face density is high, the Breaking strength first increases and then decreases. Mass of calcium carbonate and the same exposure time will affect the crystallinity of calcium carbonate will be added to the modified PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric degradation accelerated photoaging. The topic on the formation of the root causes of these relations discussion, the actual production and product applications will have direct significance.
