Abstract


The art of classroom teaching on Chinese mainly lies in the language art of Chinese teachers. As a tool of transferring teaching information, teachers’language is the media to cultivate students’ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing and the the model for student to study modern Chinese. Therefore, the art of classroom teaching on Chinese is closely related to the efficiency of classroom teaching on Chinese. Chinese teachers haven’t experienced systematic education before work and professional training in work although the teaching language on Chinese is a professional language. Most of the Chinese teachers in middle school lack of the sense of language, which results in the lackness of language vitality and attractiveness. Under this kind of background, this paper mainly explores the self-development of language for Chinese teachers so as to instimulate the profession development for Chinese teachers from the point of view of Chinese teaching. The first chapter analyzes the characteristics and meaning of teaching language and teaching language in Chinese on the basis of the comprehensive literature at home and aborad. The second chapter makes a questionaire on the condition of teaching language for Chinese teachers in the author’s school, and collects and analyzes the data, which leads to the clearly realization of the current situation of using language for Chinese teachers. Based on the research achievements of many researchers, the third chapter summarizes the factors which affect the teaching language of Chinese teachers which consist of cultural quality, thinking quality, life quality, sound quality and the quality of teachers’moral. At the same time, it clearly ponts out the resources of training teaching language for Chinese teachers. For the training of teaching languages the fourth chapter devides teaching languages into one-way transmission language, two-way interactive language and multi-exchange language and points out the self-training methods on the basis of teaching facts with the views of linguistics as reference. With the autors’self-training practice as a case, the fifth chapter makes a comparison analysis and self-reflection on the study of two periods before and after.In short, the teaching language on Chinese is a professional language and the self-training of teaching language art is one of the important part for Chinese teachers’professional self-development. It is necessary for the Chineses teachers to love Chinese teaching, and train and develop themselves gradually in practice. This paper makes-full use of the study methods of literature research and action research which lead to relative methds and thoughts. The author hopes that it is beneficial to promote the language literacy for Chinese teachers and promote Chinese education quality.
