Abstract


In recent years, more and more colleges and universities use their own scientific research, personnel and other advantages of established technology companies, as well as in the promotion of scientific and technological achievements into industrial development, while also teaching, research services, has played an important role. Performance appraisal management process as part of one of the most critical, also as an increasingly important role. However, due to the characteristics of their own universities, and its performance evaluation of individual employees were also encountered many obstacles, resulting in some enterprises performance evaluation into errors. To further explore the University Technology Services staff performance appraisal companies an effective way to fully mobilize the initiative of employees, Effectively play the role of the work-oriented, technology services companies are the major universities has been actively exploring in the staff performance and assessment of new ways.In this paper, based on extensive research of characteristics of university technology services company、status of performance appraisal、performance evaluation methods, literature research, expert advice, interviews and other methods of university technology services company Evaluation of staff performance appraisal, the establishment of such indicators aspects of the innovative research.The main contents include:(1)Analysis of the most university technology services company performance appraisal situation.(2) Compare the performance appraisal method and construction of Technology Services Enterprise Performance Evaluation System(3) With examples of University Technology Enterprise-ChuangJu company in the performance evaluation system problems. In the analysis of the company’s performance evaluation system based on its re-design.This article hopes to build an effective through research performance evaluation system, so that for the University Technology Enterprise Performance Management Services, to improve organizational and employee performance, and ultimately the interests of enterprises and employees win-win.
