Abstract


Logistics Reform and colleges of higher education reform, an important part of since 1999, the State Council transmitted the Ministry of Education , the State Planning Commission, Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction and other six ministries \universities all over the country began to reform into practice and exploration , to today, the university logistics socialization reform has gone through 12 years . The vast majority of colleges and universities has been changes in the management system and operational mechanism , university logistics socialization reform achieved initial success, to some extent, reduce the burden on the schools , to ease the bottleneck restricting the development of higher education , the development of higher education in China has won opportunity and time. Colleges and universities constantly sum up experience in the reform of local conditions, combined with their own actual situation , changing functions, straightening out relations , to exploring own the road of reform and innovation . Party B A management system is the most widely used form of a reform in the socialization of logistics reform , typical representative . Based on the Reform of University Logistics course of reviewing and summarizing the main mode of three types of reform , leads most of our colleges and universities are now taken by the management system of Party A and Party B for A management system to run the main problems facing analysis, and X logistics Reform Party A and B are running management system for the real case management system to run an effective way to improve a Party B .
