Abstract


The effectiveness of the ideological and political education often depends on their environment , the ideological and political education environment greatly promote and facilitate the optimization of the ideological and political education . The most important integral part of the ideological and political education environment is the the university legal environment , the university legal environment improvement and development of great significance to improve the ideological and political education environment and optimize the ideological and political education of college students , strengthen ideological and political education work . The internal management of the college is the most important part of the university legal environment , but also the core aspects of the the university legal environment construction . University internal management is good or bad , directly determine the merits of the college environment , thereby affecting the effectiveness of the ideological and political education .
