Abstract


France has a long tradition of political culture and at the same time, France is first and development education started citizens since one of the countries are perfect. French citizen education by the influence of the traditional political culture in long-term development process, gradually formed a set of objectives, curriculum and implementation approaches citizen education system. In France under the influence of the traditional political culture, and its citizens education has distinct characteristics. The objective of education from French citizenship lessons and experience the development of education for our citizens to have the important meaning.This paper mainly consists of four parts:The first part: system elaborated the French citizens of the traditional political culture education background. First is the enlightenment, rich in idealism, such as:human rights thought, education secular thoughts, legal thoughts; Second is the revolution in the education process of citizens, unique mainly refers to the revolution practice for cohesive nationalism during the efforts made by saving and moral practices; Finally the political turmoil a series of upholding state education reform dominated the Napoleonic era, including the establishment of centralized leadership system, the mix-up act education secular realization, and period of three part education decrees Charles DE gaulle era of promulgated and implemented. These rich political culture background on French citizen education of the formation, development, has far-reaching influence.Part two:comb the development of French citizenship education and expatiates on the implementation status. French citizen education experience a preliminary formation (18th centaury to the early years of the 19th century), development (early 20th century to 20th century 70’s), mature (since 1980s).The education of French citizens of goal setting, course content and launch way, the current situation to do a more detailed presentation.Part there:French citizen education thorough analysis on its traditional political culture formed under the influence of a series of characteristic, and pointed out the deficiency in view of China’s citizens, education can get some enlightenment, objective borrowing the experience and lessons. French citizens in its traditional political culture education under the influence of high degree of organization, a national political education colour thick, strong sense of law and security features. Meanwhile, French citizen education exists political education colour too dense, moral education not apparent; Too much emphasis rights consciousness, ignore the rights and obligations of the inconsistency of deficiency, our country is in reference to split the process of actual objective treatment.Part four: the epilogue. In a combination of the study on the basis of the education, combining with the implementation of French nationals characteristic, embarks from the reality of education for our citizens in reference, puts forward several suggestions.
