Abstract


Low-rent housing is social housing to rent of subsidies or Shiwupeizu the way to meet the minimum living standard of urban residents and housing for needy families . Low-cost housing has been since the beginning of the second industrial revolution , the attention of the developed countries in Europe and America . In 1998 , China's first low-rent housing security policies , dating back more than 13 years . With the constant attention of the national housing problem of the low-income groups , China 's major cities have started to raise funds to build low-cost housing . However , due to our lack of experience in the design of low-cost housing , resulting in the actual operation of the design of a lot of low-rent housing and unreasonable . The same time, due to the low-rent housing is affordable housing , funding has great limitations , Wuhan regional climate factors more special , therefore , how to ensure the limited cost of building a high quality and in accordance with the geographical characteristics of Wuhan the low-cost housing is the purpose of this article . This article provides an overview of the policies and regulations promulgated by the Wuhan municipal government over the years for low-rent housing security system , clear assurance standards of low-rent housing policy and the way funds and housing sources , eligibility criteria and audit procedures , supervision and management and liability . Followed by field visits and questionnaires two research methods , in-depth research to a more concentrated area of low-income families living in Wuhan , a certain degree of understanding is now living conditions of low-income groups in Wuhan as well as lifestyle . Research results as the premise of the design of low-cost housing to low-income groups for Wuhan . In addition, three low-rent housing district of the city of Wuhan has been built by the field research , summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the design of the existing low-cost housing in Wuhan . Again , on the basis of the above study and research , combined with some excellent instance of the low-rent housing and theoretical research , and in accordance with the actual situation in Wuhan , respectively, from two aspects of the planning and construction of the Wuhan affordable room design reduce the cost in to explore possible way as well as environmental protection and energy saving . Finally, the research summarized .
