Abstract


With China's accelerating urbanization , rapid population and industry to cities , urban infrastructure construction has been highlighted insufficient supply , urban construction funds increasingly strong demand . With urban infrastructure capital supply shortage is very conspicuous contradictions , restricting urban development \Therefore, studies of urban construction financing and the use of questions is very important. In this paper, the use of a literature review, case studies, and theory and practice of combining research methods, first introduced the investment and financing basic theory, theory of public goods and project distinguish theory . The U.S. and Japan are foreign financial investment and financing practice early and has extensive experience in national and domestic Shanghai and Chongqing has also achieved good results in the introduction of these countries and the city 's basic approach , based on its summarize the successful experience . This article focuses on the Beijing Urban Construction Investment and Financing of the specific approach for analysis , summed Beijing Urban Construction Investment and Financing problems and put forward a sound Beijing Urban Construction Investment and Financing of countermeasures.
