Abstract


With the continuous development of China's socialist market economy and the increasing establishment of the framework of public finance , how financial supervision with the adaptation become an urgent need to study and solve problems . In this paper, the necessity and feasibility study of the reform of the financial supervision system . The article is divided into a total of six parts of this elaborate : The first part , Introduction , purpose and significance of the study , the research status at home and abroad on financial supervision , research methods described . The second part of the review of 1949 so far since the founding of the course of development of China 's financial supervision system , and lessons learned , and summed up the advanced experience of foreign financial supervision . Third part , the theoretical basis of the reform of China 's financial supervision , first describes the basic concepts of financial supervision for bedding ; followed by analysis of the theoretical basis of the reform of the financial supervision system , the role and significance of the theory of financial supervision ; final financial supervision the importance of structural reform . The fourth part of the need for reform of the financial supervision system , the article from four angles of the technical , historical , social, institutional analysis of the need for reform of the financial supervision system . The fifth part of the feasibility study of the reform of the financial supervision system , this article from the four aspects of reality , technical , economic, institutional discusses the feasibility of the reform of China 's financial supervision . Part VI , conclusions , based on the analysis of several parts , draw the reform of the financial supervision system in China is important , necessary and possible conclusions .
