Abstract


Energy is a national strategic resource changes affect China's energy consumption by many factors, including microscopic aspects of residential energy consumption behavior and macroscopic transfer of industries is one of two of the more important aspects . Firstly, from the microscopic aspects, study the characteristics of residential energy consumption behavior through the establishment of residential energy consumption model from the price effect , structure effect 1 and 2 , expenditure effects and population effects of the overall analysis of the five aspects of the characteristics of residential energy consumption , and then from the terminal residential energy consumption of its product structure effect of an in-depth analysis , the role of price effect , draw residents direct effect of energy consumption and expenditure effects of two structural role of the largest price effects and population effects were produced to reduce energy consumption and increasing the role , but the role of relatively obvious, visible structure effect has become a key factor affecting residential energy consumption . In the industrial transfer , the paper studies the macro industrial transfer in key industries migration path analyzes specific industry is how to be transferred between provinces , and these transfers which brought changes in energy consumption , derived from the traditional industrial heavy industry , developed provinces and some environmentally conscious province transferred to the east coast, the South , and some middle provinces. And within the industry through the establishment of targeted provinces, industry energy consumption model , from the intensity of energy consumption in the industry shift effect , structural effect and the scale effect of these sectors into the roll-out of the province 's role in energy consumption , result in a high energy-consuming industries in the industrial metastasis is still affecting changes in overall energy consumption an important industry , and each industry sector-specific transfer between different regions in the structure are reduced energy consumption .
