Objective: To investigate the bradykinin the β2 receptor antagonists (HOE-140) the rats transplanted lung function as well as role [ 1 ] . : Pure SD rats were randomly divided into three groups for the recipients are male SD rats . Control group for lung lavage with low potassium dextran solution (LPD solution) , and save for 18 h , then underwent left lung transplantation , the determination of the control group, peak airway pressure ( PAP ) 1 d after transplantation , venous oxygen partial pressure (PO2), the transplanted lung wet to dry weight ratio ( W / D ) , myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity and MDA content ; total of two experimental groups , the experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 ( plus HOE -140 intervention ) for lung containing specific irreversible DPP IV enzyme inhibitors (AB192) LPD ??solution lavage , and save 18 h, and then underwent left lung transplantation , respectively, after transplantation 1d determination of the recipients of lung function indicators , and take the same receptor in lung tissue for pathological examination [ 1] . Results: Compared with the control group , the experimental group PAP value lower ( P lt; 0.05 ) , PO2 value increased ( P lt; 0.05 ) , W / D value decreased ( P lt; 0.05 ) , MPO activity and MDA content (P lt; 0.05), the difference was statistically significant , the pathology results showed that the experimental group 2 (HOE-140 group) are better than the control group and the experimental group [ 1 ] . Conclusion : bradykinin the β2 receptor antagonists HOE-140 can effectively reduce lung transplant lung ischemia-reperfusion injury , thus improving the transplanted lung function [ 1 ] .
