Abstract

In this paper, central from the broken the rabbit femoral nerve animal models , plant stem cell-derived neuron cells in bone marrow nerve tissue , and observation of the cells in the central nervous system and the influence of new axons in the peripheral nervous survival , migration , growth differentiation and nerve conduction pathways to establish the following conclusions : Bone marrow nerve tissue stem cells can be used as the transplanted neurons sources ; hub away from the broken peripheral nerves animal models , due to the exclusion of the central nervous system and the impact of new axons , can be used as Evaluation surrounding nerve neural element cell transplantation in animal models ; into body stem cells derived neural element cells can outer peripheral nervous environment under survival , and maintenance of certain neural element of the characteristic ; into body stem cell -derived neural element cell transplantation repair of peripheral nerve injury is feasible the .
