Abstract


Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission , the Nanjing National Government set up a special governance institutions of the Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs , whose fundamental purpose is the implementation of an effective jurisdiction of Tibet , Mongolia region . To restore the normal relationship of the central and local , the Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission has formulated a series of laws and regulations , and take all kinds of measures , more than twenty years of its existence on Mongolian and Tibetan politics , education , religion , justice , finance , civil affairs , agriculture and animal husbandry , industry and commerce , traffic management and participation .
