Abstract


Because of China's processing trade industry developed, the export products account for most of the international market , so in recent years was the \1 However, China 's exports of labor-intensive enterprises , the main export products competitive advantages from low labor costs in the face of Western countries set blue barriers , China's export trade has been a huge influence . This paper attempts to labor standards and international trade linked to the way history , reason, how to deal with controversial issues and make our research and answers. I took a historical research methods in the study, research methods and comparative analysis methods such as cross -disciplinary law and economics . Historical research methods embodied in this article for labor standards and international trade relations conducted combing development context ; comparative analysis of research methods because of the problem of this research has been accompanied by confrontation and conflict developed and developing countries , it also needs to respect our labor standards and international standards for inter- comparison ; and interdisciplinary research is manifested in the economic sphere from the perspective of the author attempts for this issue comprehensive grasp, and then invoked the doctrine , such as competitive advantage , statistically Empirical research on the content. This paper is divided into five chapters . The first chapter is an overview of relevant theoretical issues. Analysis of the basic concepts of the author labor standards , international labor standards , core labor standards, blue barriers for labor standards and international trade linked to the background , history, influence on Chinese labor standards in international trade , labor standards and international trade between and other aspects related to the substance of the dispute made ​​the paper. I believe that this issue is a product of great economic globalization and the development of free trade , reflecting the profound antagonism due to the different levels of development , different between developed and developing competitive advantages arising . In the last chapter the author presents complementary to each other between the two linked by: government-led and community-driven way linked to the way the hook , and a brief description . The second chapter is mainly linked to the government-led approach to the analysis . I linked to the manifestation of this approach is the classification criteria , in order of domestic law , bilateral trade agreements , GSP , regional trade agreements and the WTO multilateral trading system as the core of the discussion , such as one by one , on labor standards and the WTO relations between the one of the key . I combed between developed and developing countries as to whether labor standards into the WTO dispute , and discusses the core labor standards into the WTO is the trend from the necessity and feasibility of two ways. The third chapter is linked to the content of folk leading the way . The author analyzes the causes and manifestations of the hook -produced , and then focus on selected international influence has been studied SA8000 standard . SA8000 includes both the core labor standards , but also includes other, more extensive content, and the certification and supervision of modes formed its own advantage. SA8000 on the one hand increases the operating costs of enterprises , affecting the country 's exports , but on the other hand can become the driving force of China's industrial structure upgrade, adapt and make good use of SA8000 in line with the long-term interests of our country . The fourth chapter is a countermeasure to face this problem when China should take . I believe that our country should be reported with a positive attitude , from all levels of legal , economic and other ready to timely establish localized folk standards. It also must take into account the uneven development of the east and west conditions for the eastern region of coping strategies are not necessarily suitable for the western region , while the role of the western region and Countermeasures in this issue are still weaknesses in the study , the need for of follow-up. The fifth chapter is the conclusion , the main point of this paper is to make a simple generalization .
